Title: Almost right doesn't exist!

Abstract: Open discussion about how to make the right thing and still not bore the developers. We'll discuss the principles behind PBS, a tool used to do research around software building, Test and CM. I will try to prove that a more effective CM can be reached through better management and better software not by sacrificing CM principles.
