Title: Continuous Delivery as a Service

Today Continuous Delivery (CD) is essential and expected in both small and big programming teams. However, implementing and maintaining a CD pipeline can be both complex and difficult without the needed expertise in the team, which often result in it not being properly maintained.

A new approach, involves CD being delivered "as a service" to help the team navigate through implementing and maintaining CD without having to be experts. In order to have "CD as a service" we have to abstract outside factors of CD so that the team only is concerned of the code, the tests and the pipeline configuration code.

I have some preliminary results to present and I would like to discuss the following questions:
