Presenters' bio:

Torbjörn Ekman (SCM for Agile Methods):
Torbjörn Ekman is a post doc researcher at Oxford University where he is working on compilers and tools for aspects and refactorings. His interest in Software Configuration Management in Agile methods started during the development of an eXtreme Programming course in Lund running for the last four years. He received his Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2000 and his PhD Degree in 2006 from Lund University, Sweden.

Axel Bengtsson (Automatic Software Integration):

Ola Olsson (Automatic Software Integration):

Nadim Khemir (Build Tools):
Nadim Khemir is a senior software architect at ZI Decuma. His experience ranges from coding of complex applications to software architecture. His interrests are advanced build systems, architecture testability (and simulation) and agile process. The latter if, and only if, correctness is preserved.
Nadim believes a tighter integration of SCM and build tools is a necessity for complex systems.

Lars Bendix (Subversion - what's New and what's Old? and international Certified Configuration Manager (intCCM)):
Lars Bendix is a visiting professor at Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden. His main research interest is software configuration management and how it can be used to support software development processes. He is also interested in agile processes and their pedagogical use in software engineering education. He received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Aarhus University, Denmark in 1986 and a PhD Degree from Aalborg University, Denmark in 1996.

Ulf Asklund: (A Day in the Life of an SCM Strategist):
Ulf Asklund is working as a CM strategist at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications developing SCM strategies and processes. He is currenlty involved as the project manager to define a new corporate CM standard including how to identify, revise, and structure all product parts and documents.
Ulf Asklund is also an associate professor of configuration management with the Department of Computer Science at Lund University, Sweden. Ulf received his M.Sc. in electrical engineering in 1990 and earned his Ph.D. in computer science in 2002. His research interests include SCM and software engineering in general. He is especially interested in the developer view in software engineering, focusing on tool support and IDEs. His research also includes computer-supported cooperative work and PDM, and how these can be combined and integrated with SCM. Ulf is a senior researcher with the Lund University Center for Applied Software Research (LUCAS).
Ulf Asklund is the co-author of the book: Implementing and integrating Product Data Management and Software Configuration Management, Artech House, 2003.

Thomas Axen (SCM's Cultural and Technical Influence on an Organization):
Thomas Axen, has been working with software development for the last 12 years. The roles that I have had through my career have been in the following areas: Manager, Software development framework, Test and SCM. The industries that I have worked in are: Pension (ATP and KP), Web tool development (Catalog international) and ERP (Microsoft Business solutions).
The last year I have been working for ATP as the Test and SCM manager in Denmark.
